For a limited time, all oysters are available at cost price, offering a unique opportunity to discover different oyster varieties and experience premium seafood at exceptional value.

Gillardeau No. 2

One of the most famous oysters in the world, Gillardeau is known for its refined flavor, delicate texture, and perfect balance between sweetness and salinity.

Fine de Claire No. 2

A classic French oyster matured in the famous Claire ponds. Fine de Claire oysters are appreciated for their clean, fresh taste and delicate mineral notes.

Throughout the Oyster Festival, new oyster varieties will be added every week, giving guests the opportunity to discover and compare different oysters from various regions. Each week, we will introduce new selections based on seasonal availability and fresh deliveries.
