Doorsea is a fish restaurant where the fish themselves dreamed of being.
Welcome to our fish restaurant, Doorsea. It's the only place in town where fish fulfill their destiny with dignity, lemon, and delicious wine. After all, even vegetarians sometimes reflect on the meaning of life and the wasted years. And then they come back to us.
If you think fish is "just salmon" and sushi is "fish wheels with rice," then we have you covered:

Because at Doorsea, fish aren't just fish. They have their own character and worldview. Every sea creature undergoes a rigorous selection process before reaching our kitchen:
- Freshness – our fish seems to remember its name;
- Quality – verified by our chefs, the sea, and common sense;
- Origin – free from incriminating stories and dubious connections.
We don't use frozen "surprises" that take longer to defrost than your relationship with the day after the holiday. Only honest fish and a clear conscience. We don't just cook fish. We get to know it and introduce you to it.
Every fish in our restaurant has undergone a journey:
- From the sea to our restaurant;
- Through the chef's respectful silence;
- To a perfectly heated frying pan;
- And straight to your table, where you realize this is love forever;
- Our fish doesn't "smell," it's fragrant, it's amber;
- The waiters know the difference between sashimi, dorado, and sea bass (and don't confuse them with the names of celebrities);
- And the sauce for the dish is selected as carefully as shoes at a shoe fitting.
You'll spend more time reading the menu than some sentences in Tolstoy's War and Peace.
It's designed so that you spend a long time choosing, the waiter waits patiently, and then you still end up ordering too much (and never regret it).

And yes, we have sauces. Sooooo many sauces. Sauces so you'll just want to finish them.

But if you can't decide, don't worry. Our waiters have undergone special training and will always prompt you with advice and won't get a reprimand from the teacher. They're happy to see you and smile sincerely (they're not forced to).

A good fish shouldn't swim alone. That's why we have:
- White, red, rosé, and non-alcoholic wines, each pairing perfectly with its own fish;
- Champagne, whiskey, beer, rum, cognac, vodka, sake, tequila, gin;

- Signature cocktails that will have you begging our bartender for the recipe.
Our chefs not only cook superbly, they handle ingredients with a gentle whisper, distrust bad knives, and consider overcooked fish practically a crime. They look at their guests as if they know you'll be happy and leave with only one thought: "Now I can move on with my life."
